Gift Cards are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person or exchanged for another service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Spa packages and services require a 50% deposit when booking your appointment. Applies to appointments made by phone.
Cancellations for Spa services must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or a 50% fee will be applied.
Cancellations within 2 hours prior to the service will be charged in full.
Cell phones must be turned off & no smoking permitted inside facility.
