- Please arrive 10 – 15 min before your appointment if arrive more than 15 min late, we will try to accommodate as best we can. We cannot reduce the fee for abbreviated services.
- Most major credit cards are accepted.
- We accept Spa finder & Spa Wish
- There is a $30 charge for all returned checks.
- Plese advise us of any and all allergies or retin-A use.
- Our tranquil atmosphere is for your confort. For everyone’s safety we cannot accommodate children under 14 years of age during your visit.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person or exchanged for another service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

- Spa packages and services require a 50% deposit when booking your appointment. Applies to appointments made by phone.
- Cancellations for Spa services must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or a 50% fee will be applied.
- Cancellations within 2 hours prior to the service will be charged in full.
- Cell phones must be turned off & no smoking permitted inside facility.
